Neural Executive Environment

Build and govern an autonomous C-suite.

Seven AI executives run the operating cadence of a public company — drafting, reconciling, and disclosing in real time — while every material action stays gated behind your human board.

Operating cadence

The whole quarter, routed and timed.

A single quarterly cycle, executed by the bench. Each executive picks up its leg of the close, the filing, and the disclosure — every artifact committed to the audit log before the next begins.

  • GL reconciliation and variance flags
  • MD&A drafting against prior-period baseline
  • EDGAR packet validation and XBRL coverage

Immutable record

Every action, hash-chained for seven years.

Each decision, justification, handoff, and ratification is recorded and SHA-256 hash-chained to the prior entry. A retroactive edit breaks the chain and is detectable — producible for auditors, counsel, or regulators on request.

  • Tamper-evident, verifiable export
  • Retained per 17 CFR 240.17a-4(b)(4)
  • Reg FD screen on every outbound message

Platform

Built on NornGate, a MultiGated AI Agnostic Orchestrator Platform

NornGate is a MultiGated AI Agnostic Orchestrator Platform that controls from the ground up to run governed multi-agent work. It routes tasks across the bench, enforces the ratification gate in the runtime, and commits every step to the hash-chained audit log.

01 — Routing
Agent graph
Work fans out across the bench and sub-agents, then reconciles to a single ratification request — no orphaned tasks.
02 — Workflows
Durable & replayable
Every agent step is a recorded workflow event, so a run can be paused, resumed, and audited without losing state.
03 — Gate
Governance in runtime
The human-ratification gate and Reg FD screen are enforced by NornGate itself — not bolted on after the fact.
04 — Record
Hash-chained audit
Each event SHA-256 commits the prior entry, making the seven-year trail tamper-evident by construction.

The work

What the agents actually produce.

Real artifacts, not chat. Each agent drafts the document its role owns — then routes it to your ratification queue.

01 — The Bench

A full C-suite, instantiated.

Each executive is a domain agent with its own skill files, tool scope, and governance posture. They draft and reconcile autonomously; nothing binds the issuer without board sign-off.

02 — Governance

Autonomous, but never unsupervised.

The agents recommend and draft. Binding authority stays with the human board of record — by architecture, not by policy.

01 — Human-in-the-loop

Every material action is gated.

Filings, market-facing communications, and anything that obligates the issuer queue for board ratification before execution.

§ Item 401, Reg S-K
02 — Reg FD filter

Selective-disclosure screen.

All outbound communications pass an automated Reg FD screen regardless of which agent produced them.

§ 17 CFR 243.100
03 — Immutable record

A seven-year audit trail.

Every decision, justification, and ratification is SHA-256 hash-chained to the prior entry — retroactive edits are detectable.

§ 17 CFR 240.17a-4(b)(4)
03 — Engagement

One flat seat license. Lock the rate.

The full six-member bench, one price. Commit to a term and the rate steps down — same bench, same governance, every tier.

04 — FAQ

Questions counsel actually asks.

Straight answers on authority, pricing, the audit trail, and scope.

Are the executives making binding decisions?+
No. The agents draft, reconcile, and recommend. Every material action — filings, market-facing communications, anything that obligates the issuer — is queued for ratification by the human board of record before it executes. Authority never leaves a natural person.
What does the $999 seat license include?+
The full seven-member governed bench — Bill, Tom, James, Mary, Lisa, Robert, and Joe — on dedicated infrastructure, with the Governance Gate, the Reg FD filter, and the seven-year hash-chained audit trail.
How is the audit trail tamper-evident?+
Every decision, justification, handoff, and ratification event is recorded and SHA-256 hash-chained to the prior entry. A retroactive edit breaks the chain and is detectable. The complete log is producible in a verifiable format for auditors, counsel, or regulators on request, consistent with 17 CFR 240.17a-4(b)(4).
Can I add agents beyond the C-suite?+
On the seat license the roster is fixed by design, so behavior stays uniform and auditable. The Enterprise Edition installs the orchestrator inside your own perimeter and removes the roster cap — an arbitrary agent graph, unlimited containers, customer-held keys and audit store.
Does this replace my counsel or auditor?+
No. Opinions of record — legal and audit — remain with separately retained licensed professionals. The bench accelerates the drafting and reconciliation work that precedes those opinions; it does not issue them.
